A comprehensive, hands-on, and fast-track course

CELTA is a diploma course that provides you with the essential theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to teach English effectively. It includes both a theoretical component and supervised teaching practice—delivered either face-to-face or online—with real groups of learners.

Duration: from just 4 weeks full-time, or part-time over several months.

Available formats: face-to-face, online, or blended learning.

Assessment: written assignments and practical teaching evaluations.

Entry requirement: English level C1 or C2 according to the CEFR.

Three formats to suit your needs

Face-to-face training

You will teach in a real classroom with groups of learners, under the guidance of your trainer. This is ideal if you prefer in-person learning and plan to teach face-to-face.

Online training

You will complete your coursework and teaching practice in an online learning environment, also under trainer supervision. This is perfect for those who value flexibility, wish to limit travel costs, or plan to teach English online.

Blended training

This combines online and face-to-face components. You’ll gain experience in both environments, building versatile teaching skills that are useful in any setting.
