Registration is open for offline and online courses!

You might already know that our Cambridge centre offers the best exam preparation courses in town. We are announcing a registration period for online General Cambridge English and exam preparation courses between 30 August and 10 September.

Fortunately, due to the improving situation with the pandemic and the decline in COVID-19 cases, we will deliver classes both offline and online, to the best of our ability. However, COVID-19 prevention measures, such as wearing masks and constant sanitization of classrooms, are still in place and must be followed by students and teachers alike. We care about the safety of our teachers and our students!

We offer a variety of timetables to suit your routine and the registration period will mainly focus on group and semi-individual classes. However, if you feel like you need more of a personalised approach, you can always sign up for an individual course. Registration is open for all levels, including exam preparation courses for Cambridge English exams and qualifications, IELTS, TOEFL and the BAC.

How do you know whether you have the right English level for the course?

In order to be placed in the right group, during this registration period, the online placement test will be free of charge. Highly-qualified specialists will test your written English to ensure that we find the right course for you. It’s important that you don’t cheat when filling out the test, otherwise we can’t be responsible for your performance at the course.

What books will you need for the course?

Your teacher will let you know what textbook will you be using for the course – these vary according to age categories and course types. You can buy the textbook set(s) from either Educational Centre International Bookshop or BookPlanet (if you purchase a textbook from BookPlanet and tell them you are our student, as in a student at the Cambridge center within the Alianta Franceza, you will receive a discount). In case you’re unable to do so, your teacher will offer you some alternative options.

If you take an English course at our centre, you can take a Cambridge English exam for free.

If you take an English course at our centre, for levels A1 (children only), A2 and B1, we’re giving you the opportunity to take a Cambridge English exam for free for these levels. This includes the following exams: Young Learners (Pre A1 Starters, A1 Movers, A2 Flyers), A2 Key (for Schools) and B1 Preliminary (for Schools). This is optional, but we encourage all students to take advantage of this offer, as this will help you prepare better for exams like B2 First and C1 Advanced.

You can find the price for our courses here.

The registration for our courses will take place mainly offline, but the online registration still remains in place, to ensure your safety and that of our colleagues. To register, you can either reach us by phone + 373 22 23 20 07 (between 08:00 and 17:00) or via our Facebook page or contact us via email at either dcretu@alfr.md or dbobina@alfr.md

The payment for the course can be done either via online/web-banking or bank transfer (in both of these cases, our colleagues will send you our bank details and the link to the online registration form), or you can pay directly at our centre (between 08:00 and 17:00).
